Tell us about your home in our two-step form — dwelling type, bathrooms, water source, your main concern. We come back with one fixed, installed price. No obligation, no site visit needed for most standard homes.
Optional: free water test
Not sure what's in your water? Book a free water test and we'll check the basics at your place — useful if your concern is chlorine smell, sediment or discolouration — then talk you through whether a whole-home system makes sense.
We schedule your install
Once you approve the quote, we book a licensed Victorian plumber from our network. Typical lead times: 1–2 weeks metro Melbourne, 2–3 weeks Geelong / Ballarat / Bendigo / Mornington Peninsula, 3–4 weeks regional Victoria.
Installation day
The plumber installs the 3-stage system on your mains line — usually 2–3 hours for a standard single-storey home. Water's off for part of that time; they'll walk you through the system before they leave.
